Pardon me, but about to get long winded up in here. It takes a lot of patients to apply these skins so, be well prepared and in a pleasant mood before you go at it. Have all of your supplies laid out and be in a well lit area. NOTE: It is so important to let your device dry over night! Can't stress this enough. Your skin WILL move around on you, get pealed from the edges and suffer from bubbles. (You should have seen my Nexus 4 after I was all confident that I didn't have to wait). Anyway, If don't follow that advice you'll be going back to the start. This one was easier to apply then my N5 skin. Strange because you would assume a smaller screen would be less work. My N7 2013 skin had a few tiny, tiny bubbles when if finished applying it to the best of my ability, but by morning they were completely gone and it looked great.Value Quality Price
Two things I really like about my gloss skin is that there is no drag when you glide your finger across the screen and there are no obnoxious bumps or strange textures like you find on many other supposedly quality skins. Furthermore, touch response has not been hindered in any way and it's hard to tell there is even skin on my devices.
It is a shame that the other reviewers seem to have gotten poorly cut skins, but I can tell you, mine is about as close to perfect as you can get, cutouts and all.
All quality skin manufactures over charge for their products by about 40 to 50%, if you ask me. That is why I purchased during the 35% off sale. IMO that's what the normal price should be, but hey, I guess they got to stay in business and still make a buck or two. Nothing is priced to sell anymore. If I could score 4 1/2 on value I would just because of the prices. So, 3 it is on price.
So, here I am buying skins as gifts for freinds that have complained about orange peel effect, scratches and discoloration on their inferior skins. I've purchased many skins over the years and since I found Best Skins Ever, I will always give my hard earned money to these folks. (As long as the quality doesn't take a nose dive). So far, I've had their skins on my Nexus devices for months, they've been in and out of bags, in the car, at the pool, to the beach and on many trips with me. i've bought many skins from this company before (for my nexus 4, samsung vibrant, nexus 10, etc) and have been impressed with the quality until now - both this skin and the one i bought for the note 3, had too much excess skin cover on the right side, leaving uncovered space on the left. the cutouts for the holes (front facing camera) weren't placed where they should be.Price Value Quality
