I do have to say up front that this skin is by far the most difficult I have applied. I have put on dozens of BSE skins to a wide variety of my devices, and this one tested my patience. I believe the small size of the skin and the oleophobic screen coating had a lot to do with the difficult installation. On the first attempt I applied too much water / soap solution which caused the skin to not adhere even after an hour. My 2nd attempt I used much less solution and let the skin sit for another 45 min. before it would stick at the edges. My patience paid off and I was able to get a perfect alignment and it looks great. Thanks again BSE for another great product. (Posted on 3/22/16)

I have done everything it said in the instructions and have watched video's on how to apply, BUT the corners will not stay down, which leaves the watch looking tatty and I end up ripping them off within a few days.

I spent over an hour applying each cover, without success. Could do with using a heat application for the screen to bond immediately with the watch.

I bought apple watch extended coverage skins. So, after watching the video and reading the printed manual, I still cannot get the corners to stick. I've installed the skins on my iPhone and iPad with no problem but I've should have avoided this one. Worst skins ever especially for apple watch. Should have got the standard coverage. What a waste of money and time. Spend 2 hours and 3 skins later... I should have gone watch a movie or something. Sigh!! Never ever. (Posted on 1/10/16)

I've purchased Best Skins Ever since my first iPhone 3G. Every Apple product since then and today has a best skin ever on them. I've tried other types of screen protectors on other devices (my daughters kindle) and they are not the same. Best skin ever lasts a long time, and the customer service is amazing if there is an issue. Applied the skin on my Apple Watch day 1 and looks amazing. I had bought standard coverage size protectors from other sites before. The problem was that the bumper on my watch had the tendency to lift up the corners of the protector, annoying me to no end. I thought it was hopeless after applying so many different protectors, but once I found out about the extended coverage protector sold here, I got it right away. Lo and behold, I haven't needed to replace it since. It is far enough down that the bumper doesn't lift it up at all.

The corners take some patience to get down when applying. If it doesn't stick right away, just let it sit and wait a while. Eventually it will stick when you press on it. (Posted on 12/11/15)

I recently bought this product and tried to apply it multiple times. It is nearly impossible to properly stick the corners with Extended case. I also use BestSkins with my iPhone and iPad and products fit really great with these products. But Watch skin is really hard to apply altough it seems to easy on application guide video.
I tried to apply three of four skins that are included in the pack but all of them failed. Now i have only one standard skin left but i do not think i will try to apply. (Posted on 12/11/15)

I bought the 4 pack full protection. The corners are hard to keep down. My first attempt I was not successful so threw it in the bin. The second attempt I had to literally hold the corners for an hour with my fingers to let it stick but after a few days they came back up. Now I am attempting my third skin.

I have been a bestskinsever customer for a few years now and I am not happy with the quality. My first purchase was a full protection skin for my Macbook pro retina but after a few weeks the sides began to peel and after a couple of months the skins at the edge of the palm rest on my Mac began to peel as well. I gave the company another try with skins for my Apple watch but it has been disappointing again.

Be prepared that the skins do not have a long life; few weeks to a couple of months the max before they begin to peel off. (Posted on 11/1/15)

I tried to install 3 of these.
1) Saw the video on youtube it was pretty straight forward. But in real, the corners just don't stick. I tried it in 15 mins, 20 mins, 30 mins and 50 mins. It just doesn't stick. And even if it does it peels of very easily. But add it was the first one I thought I made some mistake.
2) For the second one I was even more careful. Removed the first one, cleaned the device and measured the solution exactly as they told. Used a syringe to measure the 1.5ml liquid soap. After aligning it kept for drying for 15 mins. Then came back and tried sticking the corners, no luck.. tried again after 20, 30, 60 mins.. there was one corner which just doesn't stick. Tried to blow dry, but it just doesn't stick even if it does it starts peeling in 5-10 mins. waited till next day, no use. it still starts peeling from one corner or another.
3) Third installation was done yesterday. Waited for 20 mins but still the corners didn't stick. So I wrapped the watch tightly in my handkerchief and kept it as it is for 12 hours. after 12 hours when I unwrapped the handkerchief everything looked great. I thought finally its done. But sadly, in an hour or so one corner started peeling of.
Its frustrating because even after 3 attempts it did not stick properly. So much time and effort wasted.
4) The fourth i have kept it as it is.. don't think i will be using it. I had very high expectation for this product. And after reading so many positive reviews i feel i may have got a defective batch or something like that. (Posted on 10/8/15)

I had some trouble installing the "extended" version so I went to the standard one. Since you got two pieces of each, I managed on the second one to get a perfect fit on the watch...with corners stuck really good. Skip the extended one and by four standard instead...they cover the whole glass surface of the 38mm watch...the only problem was to put the Spigen Rugged Armour case back on the watch, one corner got "loose" but that is not best skins fault... I've used bse' for 10 years, love them. The apple watch full cover is great, I got it on perfectly the first time. It does take some time and finagling to get the corners but they do go down & smooth. I just put it on so time will tell how long they stay down & smooth. Great I have 3 extras. I use BSE skins for all my Apple devices, but have since the first iPhone was released. The skin for my Apple watch saved the "crystal" from a major scratch. I'm really glad they pack 4 skins per order.
The application process can take a bit getting used to but it becomes easier with each device/replacement skin. I wouldn't dream of going without a BSE skin. (Posted on 7/10/15)

I like the idea of the Extended Coverage product, but I could not get the corners to lie down. I tried multiple applications. I watched the youtube video linked above about 10 times. It seems so simple. I waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes. Same experience every time.

Ended up ripping off the skin and tossing it in the trash.

I've been using the screen only version of the Apple watch skin and I've been really happy with the product. The skin fits exactly to the screen. i found that if you do hold the corners down a little longer during the application process, then they adhere much better. I've had the skin on for about 3 weeks and have not noticed the skin pulling or lifting up at the corners or edges. Overall, a great product. (Posted on 6/21/15)

I have been buying Best Skins Ever products for a long time and usually have pretty good success. For the life of me I can't keep the corners down on the Apple Watch. On my second application I thought I had it, but after a day one corner just popped up. Very frustrating and it takes a long time to get even one corner to stick on initial application. It looks great if all corners stay down.

I've tried several of protectors for my 42mm Apple Watch, and start to finish (as always) Best Skins Ever was #1. It was simply an amazing experience from purchase to install. Just make sure your device is clean and finger print oil free and have some patince installing (corners last) and it comes out perfect and flawless. Glad it came with 4, I'll repurchase more for sure when I get down to my last one.

Always buy BSE for my devices now as they're good value and shipping to Australia is reasonable.

Very happy with the watch skin. Little bit trickier than some to apply due to the shape of the device, thought I had it centred but I was ever so slightly off. Should have used the cutout to line it up a little better. Corners took a little bit of work to get down, one is still lifting slightly the morning after, hopefully it doesn't catch on my sleeve.

Only issue I had, and it's my own stupidity, was I use alcohol to clean the screen before application and I stupidly wiped the skin with it after it was applied which made it cloudy. Luckily they include 4 skins. Pro Tip: Don't clean skin with alcohol.

I'm sure the skin is big enough to give protection 95% of the time, but I would be interested in a skin offering more coverage, or full body coverage, but I understand it's a tricky design, and putting up with sweat and water and rubbing against skin etc it might not last that long before lifting.

Keep up the good work BSE. I'll be putting in an another order when the iPhone 6S comes out. (Posted on 6/3/15)

I tried a couple of other skins for the watch before this one was available. They didn't fit quite right and would peel off easily within 2 days. This one covers a much larger space, fit very well, and has lasted over a week without any sign of peeling. The texture is perfect and most people don't even notice I have a skin on my watch. Can't argue with the price or value. Solid there. My only complaint is the same complaint I've had with all BSE products and my apple devices. The corners just straight suck and there is always at least one that won't adhere properly. I'm not a moron and can read and follow instructions/tutorials, etc…but it doesn't matter. Ever since my first BSE, I've always had this issue. My two cents: just make the skin the size of the face of the watch. I don't care about scratches on the sides where the skin provides minimal protection anyway. Or offer both…

Like any other BSE skin these are fantastic. I apply mine with alcohol rather than a soapy solution because its faster, especially on the corners.

My only criticism is that the shipped product doesn't match the coverage shown in the Photographs. My skins don't extend down around the side button at all, there is no relief cut for the side button, just a slight relief cut for the digital crown so they ultimately don't provide the coverage I was expecting.
